North Star Mountain - 13,614'

13,614 feet

Peak Location:

North Star is near Quandary Peak (14,265').  It forms a long ridge that runs east-west.  The continental Divide runs over North Star and over to Wheeler Mountain.  If the divide separates the Tenmile and Mosquito ranges, then North Star is probably part of the Tenmile range.  Colorado 9 passes the east end of North Star at Hoosier Pass.
